By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

OrganizedDashboard is a digital products store selling Notion templates, digital planners, productivity trackers, sticker packs, and icon packs to help individuals stay organised and productive. We are a sole proprietorship registered and operating in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. All products are digital in nature — no physical goods are sold or shipped.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using our website, you confirm that:

All products listed on OrganizedDashboard are digital products. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice. While we strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Product availability may change at any time.
Currently, we sell Notion templates. Additional product categories including digital planners, stickers, and icon packs will be added progressively. Being listed as 'coming soon' does not guarantee availability by any specific date.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location — this is handled automatically by our Merchant of Record.
Payments are processed securely by third party software. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods made available at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All products sold on OrganizedDashboard — including but not limited to Notion templates, digital planners, sticker packs, and icon packs — are the intellectual property of OrganizedDashboard and Aditya Choudhary. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to use the product.
This licence specifically prohibits you from

Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the product with any third party, whether for free or for payment.

Claiming the product as your own work or presenting it as your original creation.

Using the product to create competing products or templates for resale.
•
Uploading the product to any template marketplace, Notion template directory, or similar platform.
•
Removing, altering, or obscuring any attribution, watermark, or copyright notice present in the product.
6. REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, incompatibility with your Notion workspace version, or failure to read the product description before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to or delivery of your purchased product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@organizeddashboard.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
7. DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered electronically via email immediately following successful payment confirmation. Delivery is handled by an automated system. Please refer to our Fulfillment Policy for complete delivery details, timelines, and what to do if your product is not received.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use our website or products to:
