At OrganizedDashboard, we sell digital products — including Notion templates, digital planners, sticker packs, and icon packs. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product has been purchased and access has been granted or the download link has been delivered, we are unable to 'take back' the product. For this reason, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

1. WHY WE HAVE NO REFUND POLICY

Unlike physical goods, digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied, duplicated, or used immediately upon delivery. Because we cannot verify whether a file has been downloaded, a Notion template duplicated, or content accessed, we are unable to process refunds on the basis of a return. This is a standard practice across the digital products industry.

2. WHAT NO REFUND MEANS

We do not offer refunds under any of the following circumstances:

Change of mind after purchase.

Failure to read the product description, compatibility requirements, or included features before purchasing.

Purchasing the wrong product by mistake.

Not having the required software or Notion plan to use the product.

Dissatisfaction with the design, layout, or aesthetic of the product.

Purchasing a product and then finding a similar free alternative.

3. THE ONLY EXCEPTION

If you have completed payment and have not received your product download email within 24 hours, this is the only situation where we will take action on your behalf. This is not a refund situation — it is a delivery resolution.

In this case, please:

Check your spam or junk email folder first.

Ensure you checked the email address associated with your purchase.

Email us at hello@organizeddashboard.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will resend the product access link within 24 business hours. If the issue cannot be resolved and delivery is confirmed impossible on our end, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. CHARGEBACK AND DISPUTES

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute when a product has been delivered as described is considered fraudulent and a violation of our Terms of Service. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to:

Provide evidence of delivery to the payment processor.

Revoke your access to any purchased products.

Block future purchases from your account or email address

5. BEFORE YOU BUY - OUR RECOMMENDATION

We strongly encourage all customers to:

Read the full product description before purchasing.

Review any preview images or demo links provided.

Ensure compatibility with your version of Notion or the intended device.
