This Fulfillment Policy explains how OrganizedDashboard delivers purchased digital products to customers, what to expect after your purchase, and what to do if you experience any delivery issues. Please read this policy before completing your purchase. OrganizedDashboard sells digital products only. We do not sell or ship physical goods. There are no shipping fees, customs charges, or delivery timeframes associated with physical delivery.

1. How Products Are Delivered

All products purchased from Organizeddashboard are delivered digitally, via email, using third party automated fulfillment software. Here is exactly what happens after your purchase:

Step 1: You complete your purchase on our secure third party checkout page.

Step 2: Our payment aggregator confirms your payment and immediately triggers an automated delivery email.

Step 3: You receive an email at the address you provided at checkout. This email contains your download link and/or product access instructions.

Step 4: Click the link in the email to access your product. For Notion templates, this typically means clicking a 'Duplicate to Notion' button that copies the template into your own Notion workspace.

Delivery is fully automated and typically happens within 1 to 5 minutes of payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Under normal circumstances, your product delivery email will arrive within 5 minutes of a successful payment. In rare cases involving payment verification delays or high server load, delivery may take up to 2 hours. If you have not received your product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us.

3. What to Do If You Don't Receive Your Product

If your product email has not arrived within 24 hours of purchase, please take the following steps in order:

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Automated emails from our payment aggregator are sometimes filtered by email providers.

Check that you entered the correct email address at checkout. A typo in your email during checkout is the most common reason for non-delivery.

If you still cannot find your email, contact us at hello@organizeddashboard.com.

We will manually resend your product access link within 24 business hours of receiving your request.

4. No Physical Shipping

OrganizedDashboard does not ship any physical products. If you are looking for a physical product, please note that all items in our store are digital-only. There are no shipping fees, delivery estimates, or courier services involved in any transaction on our platform.
